Dan attributes his passion for real estate to two things: using his business consultation experience to assist sellers in the strategic realization of maximum return on their equity & investments while sharing in their excitement of a new home or business venture. His devotion in meeting his clients’ needs is driven by his precision, perseverance and planning; he is continually in pilot mode while never forgetting who he represents. Above all, Dan is a person of gravity, standing in the gap protecting client interests with his seasoned steps and measures. In his free time, he enjoys boating the Great Lakes and ICW & especially flying his experimental aircraft while taking time to build his second one – an aerobatic plane.
