Dan did a thorough study of the market, then recommended a price at which he thought our house would move. Amanda worked with us to stage our house, and remove clutter. The house was viewed several times in the first few weeks, and sold to the first viewers at the asking price minus a few repairs. Efficient and knowledgeable, Dan has a solid knowledge of the market. The only reason for the 4 star in ‘negotiation’ was how painful it was to lower our price in a tough market. Bottom line, our house needed to be sold and it was in just about 6 weeks – start to finish. via Zillow
